David Pike is a Toronto-based photographer whose creative journey began with a deep love for music, art, and storytelling. While studying Art History and English at the University of Toronto, he honed his craft as a contributor - and later Photo Editor - for The Varsity. Influenced early on by record sleeves and liner notes, David’s first work captured the raw energy of live music. Today, his photography spans editorial, commercial, and event work, with clients including Architectural Digest and Hermès. Whether shooting portraits or still life, David brings a narrative sensibility to his imagery - evoking emotion, depth, and a strong sense of place.
